Yaskawa ArcWorld Robotic Welding Cell
Our Yaskawa Motoman ArcWorld® robotic welding cell features dual Lincoln Electric Power Wave® R450 welders and a ferris wheel positioner, designed for continuous, high-volume production runs.


Blaze™ Cobot Welding Cell
Our Blaze™ cobot welding station is specifically setup with a highly advanced 7-axis collaborative robot (cobot), which offers more flexibility and reach than standard 6-axis industrial robots.
FANUC ARC Mate Welding Cell
Our FANUC ARC Mate® series robotic welding cell uses a Lincoln Electric AutoDrive® 4R220 wire feeding system, which is a top-tier industrial setup for high-speed, high-precision manufacturing.


Yaskawa ArcWorld® Robotic Welding Cell
Our fabrication department features a fully integrated Yaskawa Motoman ArcWorld® robotic welding cell. Designed as a turnkey, high-efficiency industrial workstation, this system combines high-speed robotics with advanced Lincoln Electric welding power to deliver maximum throughput and repeatable weld precision for mid-to-large production runs.

Motoman® 6-Axis Robots: Driven by high-speed Yaskawa Motoman arc-welding robots engineered specifically for precise torch positioning, reaching difficult weld angles, and maintaining consistent torch velocity across complex geometries.

Dual Lincoln Electric Power Wave® R450 Welders: Powered by two industrial Lincoln Electric Power Wave® R450 power sources. Rated at 450 A at 100% duty cycle (max output range 5–550 A) to maintain continuous high-volume production.

Dual-Zone Positioner: Features an integrated Ferris wheel positioner. This allows operators to safely load or unload parts on one side while the robot is actively welding on the other, virtually eliminating machine downtime.
FANUC ARC Mate® Robotic Welding Cell
Our fully enclosed FANUC ARC Mate robotic welding cell. Designed for heavy-duty industrial applications, this system combines world-class robotics with industry-leading Lincoln Electric welding technology to deliver consistent, X-ray quality welds every time.

FANUC ARC Mate Robot: A 6-axis high-speed robot known for its extreme rigidity and a repeatability of ±0.02 mm. It can maneuver into tight jigs and perform complex circular or linear welds with surgical precision.

Dual-Zone Productivity: The integrated Side-A/Side-B turntable system allows for continuous production. An operator can safely load or unload parts on one side while the robot is actively welding on the other, virtually eliminating machine downtime.
Advanced 7-Axis Blaze Cobot Welding Cell
Our fabrication department is also equipped with the Blaze™ Cobot Welding System, a state-of-the-art solution designed for high-precision, repeatable welding. Unlike traditional robots, this 7-axis system mimics the human arm's maneuverability, allowing it to reach around complex fixtures and weld in tight spaces that others can't.
