1. Tube Laser Cutting

2. Flat Laser Cutting

• Required Format: .DXF

• Note: Please ensure files are saved at a 1:1 scale to ensure dimensional accuracy.

3. Precision Bending (Press Brake)

• Required Format: Flat Pattern .DXF

• Note: Providing the flat pattern ensures the bend deductions align with our tooling for a perfect fit.

4. Cut-to-Length

• No Files Required: Simply provide your dimensions and quantity.

• Standard Tolerances: If no specific tolerance is provided, our standard of +0" / -1/16" will be applied.

⚠️ Important: Prints Required

A PDF Print is required for all submissions. While CAD files tell our machines where to cut, your prints tell our QC team how to inspect your parts. Please ensure your prints include:

• Material type and thickness/gauge.

• Critical dimensions and specific tolerances.

• Hardware insertion or secondary finish requirements.

Quick Tips for a Clean Quote:

• Zip it up: If you have multiple parts, please compress them into a single .ZIP file for faster uploading.

• One Part, One File: Please provide each unique part as its own individual file rather than nesting multiple parts in one DXF.
